Work With Us: Partnerships & Editorial Collaboration

Stafford Affiliates Travel is an independent, UK-based travel resource. We publish practical destination guides, trip-planning advice and honest walk-throughs of the tools and services travellers rely on, written for readers who want clear, trustworthy information before they book.

We welcome conversations with travel brands, tourism boards, booking platforms and travel technology providers whose products genuinely help our readers. Every partnership is considered on its merits, and we only work with brands we would be comfortable recommending.

There are three main ways to work with us.

In-Content Brand Integrations & Contextual Mentions

Your brand is placed naturally within our existing, high-performing destination guides, at the point where it is directly relevant to what the reader is planning. Integrations are written in our own editorial voice, sit alongside the advice they support and are clearly labelled as paid content.

Dedicated Sponsored Reviews & Feature Articles

An in-depth article dedicated to your tool or service, built around a genuine walk-through of how it works in practice: what it does, who it suits, how to use it and where its limits lie. Our conclusions remain our own.

Affiliate Collaborations

Performance-based partnerships through direct CPA or CPC programmes, or through established networks such as Awin and Travelpayouts. If you already run an affiliate programme, we are happy to discuss joining it and how your offers could fit our content.

Media Kit & Rate Card

We do not publish fixed prices. Every collaboration is different, so we first review how well your brand fits our readers and our editorial focus. Where there is a good fit, we will send you our media kit and placement rate card.

Commercial Terms & Sponsorship Policy

These terms apply to all sponsored content, paid placements and commercial collaborations on Stafford Affiliates Travel. The details of each collaboration, including deliverables, fee and timings, are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Editorial Integrity

  • All sponsored content must offer genuine value to our readers and fit our editorial focus on travel planning, destinations and travel services.
  • We retain final editorial discretion over everything we publish, including wording, structure, placement, images and links.
  • Sponsorship pays for visibility, not for a verdict. We do not guarantee a positive review, and our opinions remain our own.
  • We may decline any proposal that we do not believe is right for our readers.

Search Engine & Legal Compliance

  • All commercial collaborations strictly follow the guidelines of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), including the CAP Code, and Google Search policies.
  • Paid content is clearly labelled as advertising, for example as “Ad” or “Sponsored”, so readers know it is commercial before they engage with it. Affiliate links are disclosed.
  • Every paid, sponsored or affiliate outbound link uses rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
  • We do not sell unnatural “dofollow” link placements under any circumstances. Requests for them will be declined.

Payment Terms

  • Commercial placements are invoiced and payable by BACS bank transfer or PayPal.
  • Sponsored content is invoiced once you have reviewed and accepted the draft, and is published once payment is received.
  • Other placements are payable either before publication or within 7 days of the live URL being delivered to you. Which of these applies is confirmed in writing when the collaboration is agreed.

Placement Longevity

  • Standard integrations remain live for a minimum of 12 months, or for the life of the site where this is agreed.
  • The only exceptions are where the product or service becomes obsolete or the linked URL stops working.
